The community’s first established Condo Association, Paragon Mill I, has membership which includes the homeowners of buildings 1-12, 15-19 and 26. Paragon Mill I Monthly Assessments contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of the Paragon Mill I buildings, as well as, the shared elements and services.

 

Both Condo Associations have the use of shared elements (e.g. pool) and the benefit of shared services (e.g. snow removal). Monthly Assessments of both Condo Associations contribute to the expense of the shared elements and services.
